Vedic Poojas is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our services, which involve booking Vedic rituals (Archana, Pooja, Homa/Yagya/Havan) conducted by third-party providers in Indian temples. This Refund Policy complies with Stripe’s requirements and applicable laws.

2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
  • Cancellation: If you cancel a booked ritual at least 48 hours before the scheduled performance date, you are entitled to a full refund, less any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., Stripe’s payment processing or currency conversion fees).
  • Non-Delivery: If the ritual is not performed due to our or our third-party provider’s failure (e.g., temple unavailability or priest scheduling issues), you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Service Issues: If the ritual is performed but does not meet the described standards (e.g., incorrect nakshatra used or failure to provide online participation access), you may request a partial or full refund, subject to review.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the ritual, unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., documented emergencies).
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes, as we do not guarantee specific results from rituals.
  • Transaction fees charged by Stripe or other payment processors, which are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
  • Contact us at vedpoojahoma@gmail.com within 7 days of the ritual date, providing your booking details and reason for the refund request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the issue by contacting us or Stripe’s support team (support@stripe.com). We aim to resolve disputes fairly and in compliance with applicable laws.
